Guarantees:
Seller Guarantees said dog(s) pup(s) eye's, hips to be normal at the age of 2 "before
breeding" Seller also Guarantees said animal(s) to be free from hereditary
disease confirmed by a Health Care Professional in that field of
medicine. If any of these things come to pass, Sellers will replace said Dog or
Puppy with one of equal value of the sellers choice, unless other arrangements
have been agreed upon between both Seller(s) and Buyer(s). Each animal
comes with a certificate of health from our veterinarian. All puppies are
on a strict medical program including vaccinations, preventative shots,
scheduled de-worming, parasite control, and a high quality / high protein dog
food. Seller is not responsible for any stress related illness during
transporting or shipping
Terms and Conditions:
Buyer(s) agree that the Horse Creek Kennel Name will be given and used in
naming said puppy in both The American Kennel Club better known as "AKC"
and The Australian Shepherd Club of America INC, better known as "ASCA".

Registration Papers
Registration paperwork will be given to the Buyer(s) at the time of delivery
of said dog(s) or Pup(s), unless full payment has not been met in this case they
will be mailed to buyers soon as full payment has been met. In some cases AKC
and or ASCA papers one or both maybe delayed in such cases sellers promises to
mail Buyer (s) all proper registration paperwork to the Buyer(s) as soon as they
are received from the Registry/Registries. All Pet/Non Breeding dog(s) and or
Puppies(s) will be marked as such on Registration papers. All dog(s) and /or
puppies determined to be of :non-breeding” quality will be marked as such on
Registration papers and is agreed by Buyer(s) that said dog(s) or pup(s) will be
spayed or neutered by the Buyer(s) in a timely manner. Non-breeding quality
puppies are expected to be spayed or neutered at 6 months of age.
Return
If at anytime for any reason the buyer can not keep said dog(s) Buyer(s) agrees
to Contact the Seller(s) and offer the said animal back to the Sellers, before
it is to be offered to any other Person(s) for any reason.
